Reward Terms
Effective date: July 31, 2026
These Reward Terms explain how the Paper Pals rewards program works. By participating in the rewards program or using a Paper Pals referral link, you agree to these terms.
1. What the program is
Paper Pals is a retail membership that gives customers access to member pricing on Paper Pals products.
The rewards program is an optional membership feature. The membership is sold for its product-pricing benefits. Paying for a membership does not create a reward and does not guarantee compensation.
No reward is paid for:
- sharing a link;
- recruiting a person;
- creating an account;
- claiming a free sample;
- clicking a link; or
- starting an unpaid or incomplete registration.
A reward can arise only from a verified, paid and active customer membership that is properly connected to an eligible referral link.
2. The plain-language version
An active Paper Pals member receives personal links that they may choose to share.
A qualifying active customer membership connected directly to your personal link may create a $20 monthly reward for you.
A qualifying active customer membership connected through one of your direct Pals may create another $20 monthly reward for you.
There are two reward routes only. There is no third route, no rank system and no additional reward level.
Sharing is optional. Rewards are not guaranteed. They depend on real customers purchasing and maintaining eligible active memberships.
3. Eligibility
To receive rewards, you must:
- be the age of majority where you live;
- have an active Paper Pals membership;
- have a valid Paper Pals account in good standing;
- provide accurate account and payout information; and
- follow these Reward Terms and applicable law.
There is no separate fee to access the rewards feature.
One person may not create or control multiple accounts to generate rewards. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake identities, coordinated account activity and other artificial transactions are not eligible.
4. Personal links and attribution
Paper Pals may provide personal links for the How It Works experience, the free sample page and the membership page.
A free-sample claim by itself does not create a reward.
A referral is attributed using the valid referral information recorded by Paper Pals when the referred customer begins the qualifying paid membership.
Referral tracking may be affected by deleted cookies, blocked tracking, a different device, an expired or altered link, duplicate accounts or incomplete checkout information. Paper Pals will use its records to make a reasonable attribution decision when tracking cannot be confirmed automatically.
5. The two reward routes
Route 1: Your Pals
When a new customer purchases a membership through your personal link and keeps that membership eligible and active, the membership may create a $20 monthly reward for you.
More than one qualifying active customer membership may be connected to this route.
Route 2: Their Pals
When one of your direct Pals shares their own link and another customer purchases a membership through that link and keeps that membership eligible and active, the membership may create a $20 monthly reward for you.
More than one qualifying active customer membership may be connected to this route.
The rewards stop after Route 2. There is no third route and no further reward level.
6. When a reward becomes eligible
A reward becomes eligible only after:
- the referred customer has completed the required membership payment;
- the membership is active;
- the referral is attributed properly in the Paper Pals system; and
- any applicable refund, cancellation, fraud or chargeback review has passed.
If a qualifying membership is cancelled, paused, unpaid, refunded, reversed, disputed or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related reward may stop, be delayed or be reversed.
7. Reward payments
Eligible rewards are scheduled for payment on the 15th of each month for the applicable prior reward period.
Payments are sent using the payout method available in the member account. You are responsible for keeping your payout details complete and accurate.
Paper Pals may delay a payment while investigating suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, technical errors or a possible violation of these terms.
If Paper Pals cannot complete a payment because payout information is missing or incorrect, the amount may be held until the information is corrected.
8. Reward examples and typical results
Examples showing two qualifying memberships covering a $40 membership, or four qualifying memberships creating $80 in rewards, explain the reward formula only.
They are not a promise, guarantee or statement of what a typical member will receive.
A member with no qualifying active memberships attributed to their links receives $0 in rewards.
Paper Pals does not offer employment, wages, investment returns or guaranteed income through this program.
9. Sharing rules
You may share Paper Pals in a normal, honest and personal way.
You may not:
- make false or misleading product, price, savings or reward claims;
- promise guaranteed rewards, guaranteed savings or guaranteed results;
- describe Paper Pals as a job, investment or passive-income opportunity;
- say that a link click, account, sample claim or unpaid sign-up creates a reward;
- impersonate Paper Pals;
- use Paper Pals trademarks in paid advertising without written permission;
- send spam or use purchased, scraped or automated contact lists;
- hide the commercial nature of a message where disclosure is required;
- pressure, harass or mislead anyone; or
- violate applicable privacy or electronic-marketing laws.
You are responsible for the messages you send.
10. Refunds, reversals and chargebacks
If a membership payment connected to a reward is refunded, reversed or charged back, Paper Pals may remove the related reward from pending or future amounts.
Product returns are handled under the Shipping & Returns Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.
Paper Pals may request information or provide tax reporting documents where required by law.
12. Suspension or removal
Paper Pals may suspend reward access, withhold disputed amounts or close a reward account where there is reasonable evidence of:
- fraud;
- duplicate or artificial accounts;
- self-referrals;
- misleading promotion;
- unlawful messaging;
- chargeback abuse; or
- a material breach of these terms.
Where practical, Paper Pals will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
Legitimately earned and undisputed amounts will be handled according to applicable law.
13. Program changes
Paper Pals may update the rewards program or these terms to address legal requirements, fraud, system changes or business changes.
Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to active participants.
Changes will not be used to remove legitimately earned and undisputed rewards without a lawful reason.
